Review: Broken Chords

*I was gifted this ARC and freely give my review of it*

I'm so sad because this book was so sweet but to naive in the writing style for my liking.

I didn't feel like the characters was described with depth so I felt like they where strangers to me and that's not what I feel when the characters are well described.

The storyline was good but again it lacked depth and emotions, mostly in the beginning but it got better at the end. Although it never reached the level of depth and emotions I consider magnificent.

The first love scene was not as good as I would have hoped it to be, the feelings was there but it just wasn't enough....... and then I hoped that the next would be the one that made me feel the love......it did, but it didn't, again...... the last one was the best of them all.

On the positive side, there's lots of dialogues and no unnecessary descriptions of surroundings.

This story has a lot of potential and even tough it's not the best I've read I give it 4 stars because I hope the next from this author will be better as the journey continues.
